fix(ui): align EvalReport tab padding with EvalOverview

评估报告 tab 外层 padding 从 '16px 16px 24px' 改为 '0 16px 24px'，
与概览页外层 wrapper 一致，消除 Drawer 内 tab 切换时与导航栏之间的视觉错位。
