任务

  • T5 OpenClawClient 单元测试：subprocess 参数构造（token 在子命令后）、cron add/rm/list 参数、JSON 解析失败路径
  • T6 webhook 失败重试/去重：已发送但失败不重抛、重发不重复创建 alert

验收标准

  • 新增测试通过；853 全绿；CI 跑通
