sinohqb d4c254e121 refactor(ui): baseline FormDrawer component and IntelligentEvals dogfood (ui-consistency ticket 01) ... Extract the standard form drawer (width 640, footer actions, destroyOnClose) as FormDrawer; reuse existing usePolling hook.
